When launching an interactive training course in a foreign language, you need to make sure the entire learning experience works as intended. Every subtitle must sync perfectly. Every button must respond correctly. Every possible user path must display the right content in the right language.
The project:
A cybersecurity awareness course for employees was localized into Ukrainian. Before launch, the client needed to check that the localized version functioned correctly across all scenarios.
What made it challenging:
The course followed a branching learning path and included five video modules with subtitles and multiple interactive buttons. Depending on user responses, different videos and feedback windows would appear. To verify every possible combination, the course had to be completed multiple times using different answer combinations.

The client received a comprehensive QA report with screenshots for the development team, along with confirmation that the Ukrainian version delivered a smooth and professional learning experience, regardless of the learner’s path.
