Hera AI processes segments in groups so the AI understands context — not just isolated strings. Larger groups improve quality. We recommend 40–100 segments per group for the ideal balance of accuracy and reliability.
Focus on the segments that matter. Typically, this means processing new content while excluding 100% and 101% matches, locked segments, fuzzy matches, or repetitions. Control costs and save time by limiting segment volume.
Errors may occur when interacting with OpenAI via API. Set automatic retries (we recommend 10 attempts with 1-second intervals) to keep your workflow running smoothly. Note that each retry consumes additional tokens.
