Let’s be honest – office life can get a bit boring at times.

The routine of going to the same place every day, sitting in front of a monitor, and interacting with the same people can be draining and demotivating. But it doesn’t have to be this way, especially with a dedicated HR team.

InText is fortunate to have Oleksandra Khorsun and Anastasiya Levandovska managing our HR needs. They ensure our office is a welcoming, cozy, and enjoyable place to return to each day.

Here’s what keeps our colleagues inspired throughout the year:

• Various activities outside the office, such as theater outings, rowing, ice skating, art lectures, and live music concerts
• Monthly birthday celebrations with toasts, hugs, and delicious treats in the kitchen
• Weekly fruits and fresh juice to keep everyone energized
• Thank-you days with handwritten cards for each of our colleagues once or twice a year
• Themed corporate parties two or three times a year
• Surprise flowers and various goodies on holidays and without occasion

People are everything. Caring for our team with the same dedication we show to our clients is our top priority.
