The position of Junior Marketing Manager will suit those who strive to build a career in an international company, are geared towards long-term collaboration and see a future in international B2B marketing for themselves.
Employment terms:
- a full-time job in an office in Dnipro city; hybrid schedule possible after onboarding (1–2 work-from-home days a week);
- flexible working hours (start at 8–10 a.m. and finish at 5–7 p.m., Monday to Friday);

Position purpose:
to provide PR and marketing support for the company’s positioning in the European localization market by creating an attractive and unique brand image highlighting competitive advantages for the target audience as a team member.
Responsibilities:
- participating in the development of marketing and PR campaigns;
- coordinating marketing materials preparation for participation in trade shows and conferences;
- arranging marketing materials delivery to international and Ukrainian conferences;
- participating in content creation for social media and advertising campaigns (arranging photo and video shoots in the office, editing advertisement copy, etc.);
- performing other tasks of the department (i.e. drafting requirement specifications for introducing changes to the company website for developers; research and analysis).
A successful candidate:
- has project management skills: planning, coordination, and control;
- has advanced soft skills and analytical thinking;
- has at least a В1 (Intermediate) command of English;
- has a complete higher education (preferably in Marketing / Management / International Relations / Linguistics);
- knows the theory of marketing or is willing to learn it.
The following will be an advantage for candidates:
- work experience in the event management and B2B marketing fields;
- experience with video editing software;
- experience in writing copy for content creation.
