InText is a team that has been working with corporate clients from Europe and the USA since 2002. We provide localization and desktop publishing services in the language industry, actively developing and implementing AI tools for localization. It is always important for us to maintain stability, manageability, and team efficiency, which is why we are looking for an HR Generalist / People Partner who will help support and gradually develop existing processes. 

Key role objective — supporting team operations. This combines operational HR, recruitment as needed, and ongoing work with people, processes, and corporate culture. Role level — middle. 

Main areas of responsibility: 

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle: from recruitment to offboarding 
  • Maintaining corporate culture and internal communications in a hybrid team 
  • Leading projects for team development and retention 
  • Partnering with management on personnel management issues 
  • Organizing and conducting internal corporate events in partnership with the team (delegation, coordination, not full implementation) 

Our expectations: 

  • Practical HR experience of 2–5 years in teams of 20–50 people 
  • Regular practice of conducting meaningful 1:1 meetings 
  • Involvement in performance evaluation and team development processes 
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience (from request to offer) 
  • Skills in organizing internal team events 
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback 
  • Ability to work within processes while maintaining flexibility and adaptability 

Would be a plus: 

  • Experience working with hybrid teams 
  • B1 English level
