How can you prevent AI voice-over issues from slipping through QA?

Sometimes AI voice-over output sounds great at first, but then you notice mispronounced product names or abbreviations, unnatural pacing, and an inconsistent tone. Such issues lead to corrections and delays.

At InText, every AI-generated recording is scored against seven quality criteria. If any blocking criterion such as terminology pronunciation, overall clarity, or natural intonation fails, the audio requires correction. Applying these QA standards consistently across multiple languages and dozens of files is the engineering that requires a well-coordinated workflow.

To help catch issues and reduce the risk of additional revision rounds, here’s a checklist we use throughout AI voice-over production and QA. Check it out below.

Feel free to use the checklist in your own AI voice-over QA.
